Shri Bibhu Charan Swain is working as Sr. Consultant in Power Tech Consultants. He is an Accredited Energy Auditor duly empanelled by Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power. He is involved in Energy Efficiency, Energy Management, Energy Audit, Renewable Energy Consultancy, Electricity Regulatory Matters, Power Purchase Agreement, Industrial Project.

In addition to his brilliant academic record and M. Tech Degree from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, He is having around 25 years of experience in Engineering, Project, Operation & Maintenance and conversant with Energy Conservation Act – 2001, Electricity Act- 2003, State Electricity Commission Code and Rules & Regulation.

He is the State Advisory Committee Member to Hon'ble OERC.

He is also General Secretary of Indian Association of Energy Management Professional (IAEMP), Co-Chairman of Electricity and Power Committee of Utkal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI), Governing body member of Indian Association of Accredited Energy Auditor (IAAEA) and Energy Panel Member of FICCI.
